Where Your Personal Data is Stored: It is stored in a Mailchimp mailing list which is password protected.
Who has Access to Your Personal Data: A Penny Ha’Penny Horse and Pony Rescue trustee has access to the stored data. She is Laura Penny. Also Andy Jones who performs the Website Maintenance.
How Your Personal Data is Used: Your email address is used to send you information about Penny Ha’Penny Horse and Pony Rescue events and Donation Requests and other related news only.
